In addition to vehicles located at our Poole and Rugby sites there are also 1000s of other salvage repairable vehicles listed from other sellers located throughout the UK.
Vehicle collections can be made from our Poole and Rugby sites between 8.30am-3pm Monday to Friday. Please bring all required paperwork to ensure that we can process your vehicle and get it prepared for loading in a fast and efficient manner.
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, colleagues and employees we have updated how we undertake auction vehicle viewings on site.
All viewings are now subject to pre-booked appointments only. All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to arriving on site for viewing. To arrange a viewing, please contact our team using the respective contact information provided below.
To ensure health and safety under these exceptional circumstances, a maximum of one person can view a vehicle at any time. In addition, vehicles can only be viewed from the outside and cannot be entered. All other rules (see below) apply as normal when viewing any auction vehicle at Poole and Rugby Charles Trent sites.

In October 2017, the Association of British Insurers (ABI) updated its Code of Practice – the rules by which the UK salvage industry works. This decision was made to reflect new vehicles materials and technology and importantly make categories more transparent for salvage buyers. Categories A and B remain but out go categories C and D. Categories S and N have been introduced as their replacements:
A written-off vehicle that cannot return to the road and must be completely destroyed.
A written-off vehicle that cannot be returned to the road and must have its chassis destroyed. Parts, however, can be removed and re-sold.
A written-off vehicle that has sustained damage to the structural frame or chassis but is considered repairable.
A written-off vehicle that has sustained non-structural damage or is stolen-recovered.
