3.5T Parts Delivery Driver (Poole & Rugby)

Purpose: Delivering car parts across the entire south of the country. You will be the face of our business servicing all of our customer’s needs, dealing with prestigious insurance companies, Uk's largest bodyshop groups, garages, independent bodyshops & regular retail customers. You will be driving a Renault Master 3.5 tonne delivery van which is well equipped with an internal racking solution for all panels such as doors, bonnets & tailgates, an easy-to-use crane (training provided) to help you deliver palletised goods such as engines & gearboxes. Charles Trent’s firmly believes we operate the best delivery vans in the industry to help our drivers provide customers with an exceptional level of customer service, which is why we are seeking the best delivery drivers.

Due to significant & continued expansion, we are currently recruiting for a new delivery driver to add to our team of expert drivers. Driving our state-of-the-art delivery van, you will be providing our customers with a next day delivery service. Covering either 1 of 3 delivery routes which are swapped on weekly basis, providing variation into your day with a vast range of customers to manage.

Location: Poole Site, BH12 & Rugby Site, CV21

Salary: £30,476 (plus £1,560 performance bonus after probation)

Working Hours: 48 hrs

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Reporting to: Transport Manager & Parts Delivery Planner

Components Processor

Purpose: As part of the Component Processing team your role is to ensure the highest quality green parts are inspected, photographed, cleaned, labelled, and packaged, in accordance with our quality standards. You will be processing a large volume of parts daily, ranging from headlights to engines, working closely with other departments and using in-house systems.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: £29,640pa including premium

Working Hours: 42.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday

Working Pattern: Swing shifts, 6am - 3pm & 3pm - 12am on a week on, week off basis.

Distribution Centre Operative

Purpose: Handling of goods from receipt to dispatch in a time sensitive and orderly manner always ensuring the integrity of our products.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: £29,640 (includes shift premium £4,940)

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

We operate on a swing shift pattern from 6:00am to 3:00pm and then 3:00pm to 12:00am on a week on, week off basis.

Reporting to: BH1 Operations & Distribution Manager

Finance Administrator

Purpose: Charles Trent Ltd is a leading supplier of warranted recycled auto parts and provider of vehicle management services with sites in Poole and Rugby. We are currently seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join our Finance department at our Head Office in Poole. The successful candidate will need to have recent Accounts Payable experience, together with the ability to work accurately whilst meeting deadlines. As part of a small team, the need for flexibility and good communication skills is vital.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: Up to £26,500 (dependant on experience & pro rata)

Working Hours: 30 hrs per week minimum (full time hours available)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Production Line Operative

Purpose: You will be responsible for recycling and safely removing key parts from end-of-life vehicles. A passion for cars and a level 2 or 3 qualification in vehicle mechanics is required. You will have the ability and confidence to use various tools and to able to dismantle vehicles.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: £32,160 per annum

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will be passionate about hitting targets and delivering exceptional results through coaching and developing team members, utilising technology to drive performance.

Sales Advisor

Purpose: As one of amazing sales advisors, you are the first point of contact for incoming calls from customers looking to buy motor vehicle parts. With a good eye for detail, and great questioning skills, you will be matching car parts and advising customers with best options. You will be responsible for case management and problem solving, always supporting the customer, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: £26,500

Working Hours: 37.5 per week on a rota basis

Working Pattern: Overtime Saturday – every 3 weeks 9am-4pm. Sunday Hybrid from home every 10 weeks 10am -2pm

Tyre Fitter

Purpose: Working within a busy customer focussed team, you will be the first port of contact for any of our customers requiring tyre changes, vehicle tracking and battery changes. Our customers are part of our family, and we pride ourselves on looking after them, and giving them the best service, with honesty and integrity, just like we would any of our family. Attention to detail, knowledge and an above and beyond attitude are the key skills you need as part of our Tyre Bay team.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: £25,282.40

Working Hours: 42.5 per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Saturdays rota: 8am – 1pm (4 on and then 3 off)

Reporting to: Tyre Bay Manager

Warranty & Returns Administrator

Purpose: As our Ecommerce Administrator you will be responsible for managing all customer enquiries, by telephone, email, and eBay messages regarding parts they have received that do not meet customer requirements. Working closely with our warehouse team, taking ownership of cases and reporting on trends. With the customer at the heart of everything you do, you will be organised, a great communicator and be used to managing a multitude of tasks.

Salary: £26,500

Working Hours: 37.5 hrs per week

Working Patten: Monday to Friday
