Tyre Fitter

Purpose: Working within a busy customer focussed team, you will be the first port of contact for any of our customers requiring tyre changes, vehicle tracking and battery changes. Our customers are part of our family, and we pride ourselves on looking after them, and giving them the best service, with honesty and integrity, just like we would any of our family. Attention to detail, knowledge and an above and beyond attitude are the key skills you need as part of our Tyre Bay team.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: £25,282.40 

Working Hours: 42.5 per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Saturdays rota: 8am – 1pm (4 on and then 3 off)

Reporting to: Tyre Bay Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To fit, repair and replace tyres
• Testing batteries
• Exhaust Replacement
• Break Replacement
• Wheel Alignment
• Customer Service

Experience & Essential Qualities:

• Manual handling experience is essential
• Tyre fitting experience is required
• Customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Competent IT skills - Training on all internal systems provided
• Excellent customer service experience within the motor industry an advantage but not essential
• Have a conscientious approach to their work
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
