Sales Advisor

Purpose: As one of amazing sales advisors, you are the first point of contact for incoming calls from customers looking to buy motor vehicle parts. With a good eye for detail, and great questioning skills, you will be matching car parts and advising customers with best options. You will be responsible for case management and problem solving, always supporting the customer, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: £26,500

Working Hours: 37.5 per week on a rota basis

Working Pattern: Overtime Saturday – every 3 weeks 9am-4pm. Sunday Hybrid from home every 10 weeks 10am -2pm

Reporting to: Customer Service Team Leader

Duties & Responsibilities

• Play a key role in growing sales and driving profitability, selling vehicle parts, and working to achieve and exceed targets
• Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
• Adhering to ISO Standards
• Receiving inbound and outbound calls from customers
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, online chat and eBay
• Explain technical details simply and clearly to customers
• Listing car components on Ebay
• Generate quotations as requested
• Dealing with Ebay messages
• Process orders received and action payments
• Answering Online enquiries
• Raising invoices and issuing receipts
• Arranging collections and deliveries.

Experience & Essential Qualities

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills via all mediums
• Active listener
• Administration, numeracy, and IT skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Highly competent in Excel
• Ability to effectively organise, prioritise workload, and to achieve internal and external deadlines
• Technical knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be given
• Adaptable to continuous improvement in processes and system.
