Revealed: The £2.6m Carbon-Clad Bugatti Chiron Noire

Remember the ‘La Voiture Noire’? The Bugatti Chiron based ultracar was announced back in March of this year and is an homage to the iconic Type 57 SC Atlantic that went missing before World War 2.

Following great fanfare and with Christmas just around the corner Bugatti has decided to make available an extremely limited run of 20 ‘inspired by’ cars in two finishes – Chiron Noire Elegance and Chiron Noire Sportive.

Chiron Noire Elegance

The Elegance has an impressive black-coloured naked carbonfibre and solid metal silver C-line body, although we’re sure this finish will divide opinion! The Elegance finish also boasts a new radiator grilled design complete with a solid silver Bugatti ‘Macaron’ badge and all-new Caractere wheels. Completing the stealth look is a black cabin.

Chiron Noire Sportive

The Sportive takes the already stealthy look of the Elegance and delves even deeper and darker. A matt black finish sits atop the carbon skin and the C-line is black, the interior is again black, and the four exhaust tips are, you’ve guessed it – black!

Chiron Noire Elegance and Sportive Engine

Both limited-edition finishes have the bonkers 8.0 litre, 1500hp W16 engine that is found within the ‘standard’ Chiron. Getting your hands on one of these will seriously set you back, Russian oligarchs and Saudi princes need not worry! The price of either finishes is €3 million pre-tax, which is closer to €3.6 million for UK customers. If you’re going for one, you may as well go all out and spec the dynamically focused Chiron Sport chassis at the cost of a cool €100,000.
