Neil will join the existing senior management team taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, working closely alongside and reporting to Marc Trent, Chief Executive Officer.

Neil's appointment comes at a very exciting time for the company as it embarks on an aggressive 5-year plan. This is the first time in 95 years a non-family member has held an executive position at CTL however, the board & shareholders all agreed it's now time for change as we welcome Neil as COO. Over the coming months, I will be handing over most of my day-to-day responsibilities to Neil, which will then allow me more time to spend on the overall strategy.
